Vocal Views were approached to select 60 key manufacturing, financial, telecommunications and information and technology decision makers on behalf of Hall and Partners. Hall wanted to hear the views of those who were responsible for the successful delivery of information technology infrastructure, services and financial tracking in their organization. It was decided that a mix of information technology organizations with revenue between £100 million and £1 trillion would produce the best results.

Those who were selected were invited to give feedback from their specialist position in a 45-minute telephone conversation on topics selected by Hall and Partners.
