The Company collects and processes Users’ personal data. For further details, every User is invited to read the Website’s Data Privacy Policy carefully (the “Privacy Policy”). Under current regulation, in particular the EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27th April 2016, known as the general data protection regulation (the “GDPR”), Users have a right to access, to rectification, to erasure and to portability of the data relating to them and shall also, on grounds relating to their particular situation, have the right to object to processing and, in the cases provided by law, the right to restriction of processing the data related to them.
